Lava has launched the Iris Fuel 20 smartphone priced at Rs. 5,399.
The smartphone will be available to buy starting next week in Metallic Grey and White colour via retail stores and e-commerce websites.
The Lava Iris Fuel 20 – like other members of the Iris Fuel series of smartphones – sports a large battery – 4400mAh battery in this case, which is perhaps the largest battery in a sub-Rs. 6,000 smartphone. Other Iris Fuel range handsets include the Lava Iris Fuel 50 and Lava Iris Fuel 60.
However, the Iris Fuel 20 supports just 2G connectivity that might be the biggest let-down of the handset. Recently, the Indian smartphone market has seen some 4G-enabled smartphones being launched in the budget price range.
